Annexation documents

The City Manager has prepared a statement regarding the annexation proposal, which is being distributed to the City Council along with the application materials.  It provides some history and an overview of the proposal.  Read the agenda statement. (PDF file, 566KB)

The annexation proposal differs from the previous application in two significant ways:

1. It includes a development agreement between the property owners and the City that prohibits development from occurring at a faster rate than specified in each phase.  Read the proposed development agreement. (PDF file, 1.8MB)
     

2. The agreement specifies four distinct phases of development.  Each phase covers a specific three-year period and includes a maximum number of development units that may be built during that phase.
